The ZAP-680 was designed to address the needs of the indoor venues of medium-to-high density, such as SMBs, hotels, and schools. This has been achieved by combining the latest 802.11ac technology and pairing it with our smart antenna technology. 

What really makes the ZAP-680 superior to similar competing devices is its advanced antenna technology. Innovative algorithm and RF designs enable the antenna system to provide an additional 5dB gain with up to 23dB of interference mitigation. These enhancements allow the device to achieve higher throughput performance in addition to extending its overall range. 

In addition to performing as a stand-alone access point, the ZAP-680 can be controlled by Zcomax AP Controllers, which enables centralized management of wireless network configuration, security encryption, network authentication, and user access policies.
